The prices quoted are per person and night. The local tax, € 2.40 per night for guests aged 14 and older, is not included and will be collected on-site.

From 18 years -15%

In case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, the full price for the booked period will be charged.
Unused meals cannot be refunded.

• Every 3rd to 4th adult sharing a room receives a 15% discount.

Cancellation conditions:
Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge.
For cancellations made 30 to 15 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 40% of the booked services will apply.
For cancellations made 14 to 8 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 60% of the booked services will apply.
For cancellations made within 7 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 70% of the booked services will apply.

Holiday cancellation insurance
Sometimes, unexpected events arise. To avoid unnecessary inconvenience, we recommend taking out travel insurance. We recommend the Europäische travel cancellation insurance. This provides you with financial protection in the event of late arrival, early departure or if you are unable to start your holiday at all.

Check-in & check-out

Rooms are available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you arrive after 6:00 pm on the day of arrival, please let us know.

Pets
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement only. We charge € 5.00 per day for your four-legged friend (food not included). Please bring your own pet bed.
Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not allowed in the dining area.

Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking, and smoking is prohibited throughout the house. You are welcome to smoke on our terrace, in the garden, or on your room’s balcony.

Menu preferences and allergies
We are happy to collaborate with guests to choose the menu. Special requests are always possible. If you have allergies or intolerances, please inform us in advance so that we can make alternative arrangements.
