At the Oberwirt, it’s not just one person welcoming you – it’s a whole family. At the heart of everything is Annemarie, master of the kitchen, the reception, and, really, everything else. Together with her family, she ensures your wellbeing and provides a carefree holiday where nothing is lacking.

Many details, a charming whole
In the large parlour, which doubles as a dining room, you can look forward to enjoying a cosy atmosphere even outside mealtimes. In winter, the snug spots around the large farmhouse stove are especially popular. You’ll also find board games and a selection of books here.
A refreshing drink or fresh spring water after a day in the mountains? Our lower terrace is the ideal place. Here you can find a comfortable spot, have a drink and enjoy the view. The second-floor terrace is a favourite among guests seeking peace and quiet.
While parents relax on the terrace, the kids can play to their heart’s content on the small playground with a slide, swing, sandbox, and playhouse. A delight for all the family on warm days!
While the TVs in the communal area offer a varied programme, the table tennis table and table football in the basement provide lots of fun and exercise for young ones of all ages.
- Our house was first mentioned in church chronicles in the 15th century.
- In the 20th century, the small farmhouse with a tavern was known to the village community as the “Oberwirt”.
- Annemarie’s uncle purchased the house in 1969.
- In 1974, he and his wife opened a small guesthouse, the “Garni Seeber”. Initially, it mainly welcomed youth groups.
- In 2013, Annemarie and her family took over the house and restored its original name.
